A hands-on cooking class, preparing different kinds of fresh pasta, italian sauces, appetitizers and cakes, with particular attention to tuscan recipes and ingredients, using our prized cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. A three course meal will follow served with our family, eating the recipes prepared in the class and drinking our Chianti Classico wine
