Cottage Leccio features two entrances and spans two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find the main entrance and a spacious kitchen. Upstairs, the first floor offers a cozy living room with a large fireplace flanked by two benches, perfect for warm and inviting conversations by the fire. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. An external Tuscan terracotta staircase with a terrace leads up to the living room on the first floor. Outside, next to the kitchen, a private gravel area includes a gazebo ideal for enjoying breakfasts and dinners outdoors. The thick stone walls provide excellent insulation, and situated 600 meters above sea level, the cottage benefits from cool breezes; fans are available but rarely needed.

Each of the four cottages on the property features a private outdoor area complete with a table for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, along with chairs and deck chairs. Additionally, each cottage has a reserved private gazebo near the swimming pool, ensuring ample distance between guests. Our cleaning process is thorough and designed to protect against Covid-19, fully complying with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol.

At your convenience, enjoy access to the 15×5 m swimming pool, the garden, and the surrounding land. A laundry facility is available in a nearby building, and there is ample parking space. From the garden, you can take in a stunning 180° panoramic view of the rolling hills, adorned with vineyards where we produce Chianti Classico wine.
